1. Order Processing Time

As every PawsGoGo product is meticulously handcrafted, our processing times reflect the care and attention we dedicate to each piece.

  • In-Stock Items: If the handcrafted product is in stock, we will process and ship your order within 7 business days.
  • Backordered or Made-to-Order Items: If an item is in high demand or needs to be crafted specifically for you, please allow up to 30 business days for us to create and ship your order. We believe that true craftsmanship is worth the wait, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package's journey.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders very quickly after they are placed. Therefore, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@pawsgogo.com before you receive a shipping confirmation.
